Sit. Stay. Play all day inside our gated community pet park! We love pets, and we promise to spoil them, too! Pillar Lago is a pawsitively, pet-friendly apartment community.

Refundable Pet Deposit: $200 per pet
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $250 per pet
Monthly Pet Rent: $45 per pet

We allow up to 3 pets per home with no weight limit! Please keep in mind that the following breed restrictions apply and no exotic animals are permitted: Akita, Anatolian Shepherd, Australian Cattle Dog, Beauceron, Belgian Shepherd, Bernese Mountain Dog, Black Russian Terrier, Cane Corso, Catahoula Leopard Dog, Chinese Shar Pei, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogue De Bordeaux, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Husky, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull (including Pit Bull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, or Bull Terrier), Presa Canario, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, St. Bernard and Wolf Mixed Breeds.
