Great inclusive community!
Absolutely great community that gives an inclusive feeling. Location is perfect. Every tenant is friendly and respectful. ... Maintenance manager is great, friendly and on point with maintenance requests and keeps the common area pristine. All around great guy. Leasing/property manager is always helpful, friendly and inviting! She goes the extra mile to be helpful. Can't go wrong with living at this Pillar Lago community. Amenities
This is a great little community. Where my unit is located, the noise level is non-existent. People are friendly. The ... staff is great. Your maintenance requests are handled promptly. The grounds are well maintained. The pool/public areas are well maintained. I am not a big fan of paying for assigned parking spaces, but a small price to pay to know no one else will park in your space. The property itself is very convenient to Peoria and the surrounding area. Traffic congestion is not bad. My only issue is they do not provide an option to not pay for concierge garbage pickup. Not sure why anyone would give this place anything other than 5 stars! We have lived here for over a year now and absolutely love it! The maintenance guys are always on top of making sure things get fixed in a timely manner and are always so kind. The homes are beautiful inside and out the community is amazing and we always have something going on to get people together.
